Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After you payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Priority mail ships in 3-7 business days. Most packages ship sooner but we ask for this processing time. please note that this is an estimate and USPS doesn’t guarantee deliver dates for priority mail.

If the tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your packages will have to be retrieved from your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your packages has been lost or stolen please contact USPS with the tracking number we provided.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

NicoleBae Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc..)

Free Shipping on qualified orders of $100 and up will be shipped via USPS standard one-way valid for only 48 contiguous states in the US. Offer subject to adjustments, due to returns, cancellations and exchanges.
