Returns

Thank you for shopping with NicoleBae Boutique! All sales are non-refundable. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, were here to help. Only exchanges will be offered.

Exchanges

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item for exchange. No garments that are worn, washed, will be accepted for exchange.

Once we receive your return for exchange in good condition you will be emailed store credit information, this will be minus taxes.

Store Credit

Upon receiving store credit, you will have 7 days to use your credit for exchange on one purchase. Store Credit cannot be used more than once. After the 7 days you loose your exchange credit amount.
